ABA’s Men’s Health group provides health advice, information, and practical support to South Asian men. It supports those living with long-term health conditions and helps to raise awareness of various health risks.
The group holds information sessions and organises outings and walks. It also arranges for members to have health checks, such as for blood pressure, diabetes, and foot care.
We believe health and fitness are key to good wellbeing. ABA also provides information and talk sessions on improving everyday diet. Our walking group runs every second Thursday of the month and is led by our men’s health coordinator Fawaad Lak.
